A Necessary Extermination

There are way too many ex-protists, eensy weensy insignificant things that are somehow neither plant nor animal nor fungi, in this world.

I just had a test on them for biology, and I had to memorize about twenty different groups, some with obscene names, and what makes each of them so dang special. Then I had to remember what “supergroup” each of them belong to, and then what subgroup, and then all of their life cycles.

And to top it all off, these protists are still being reclassified, meaning that at some point if I decide to go into a biology major that I’ll have to throw everything I’ve so painstakingly learned out the window and learn them all over again.

Endangered species and environmental impacts be darned, I’m pretty sure no one would miss these smaller-than-bacteria life-forms if we exterminated a group. Or two.

Yeah… exterminating these microscopic protists would do no harm.

Destroying humans would result in good because humans destroy everything. Heck someone even suggested to kill a small organism that doesnt even harm him.

What kind of world is this?
